Such a fun boot! I own many Sorel boots, but this style is definitely more narrow across ball of foot/width where all the pressure lands while wearing heels. Order a HALF SIZE UP!!!! Unfortunately, I completely missed the return window, so I’ll try stretching them at my local shoe repair store & break them in wearing thicker socks around the house prior to an all-day stint.I really like the boots and they fit great. The shipping was delayed with no new actual delivery date. So much for prime. When they did arrive the package looked as though it was dragged along the road for a bit and a little torn. The boots obviously had been worn before as well, no tags. There was none of the usual stuffing inside the boot to keep its shape and the box looked old. I tried them on and like them though I’m not sure I want to keep a used boot for $229. So I’m sending them back. I can order new ones for the same price or possibly discounted though Sorel.With this boot I always go one size up. The toe box is very narrow so do not buy if you have wide feet. I have a medium size toe box so I will only be able to wear them for so long. Love the color and the straps and my favorite part is the rubber sole, it makes me feel like I have traction when I am walking.The boots are stunning but not the best for someone with a bad back or feet issues. Not a problem if only wearing for a short period of time. They look amazing with jeans or pants.I am a huge fan of the Sorel Joan of arctic wedge. I wear them constantly so when I saw this more sleek version I knew I had to get it. There a lot of reviews online about it fitting small. For me I ordered in my normal size and it fit fine. It is a slightly narrowed down style but this didn't change the size I needed. Just as comfortable as all Sorel boots. The buckles add a cool military, rocker edge to them. Great boot!Beautiful! I am very pleased with the quality of the material these boots were made of, craftsmanship is great, they look sooo attractive!, and they fit just right (my size is 9 1/2 and that is the size I got). The arch support in them is amazing and they are very comfortable right out of the box. The overall experience with these boots exceeded my expectations and I love them!!!.The box it came in looked a little beat up and I felt like the boots were worn before. There was scuff marks on the boots and they looked like they have been used. They also didn’t fit right.Wonderful fashionable boots! Great quality, style and extremely comfortable. I walked long distances on them without any discomfort.Sometime the zipper will come down on its own.But it is still a great buy!Shower proof, but very stiff leather, hard to put on or take off, almost like ski boots. Feet gets achy after a few hours of wearing.
