First new ski/board jacket in like 10 years. Needed an upgrade and wanted the new longer cut to cover the butt and thighs. Convenient lift pass pocket on sleeve by wrist. Nice softer fabric w good insulation. Like the sherpa lining at the neck. True fit. Excited to use it more.Very comfortable coat but the arms were way, way too long. This is something I noted from other reviewers and agree with. I also felt the coat was a bit too long for skiing, this is probably more of an appropriate coat for snowboarders because when you are skiing you want to be able to move your legs more freely. All in all a great coat and super comfy with a zillion great pockets and features but I just didn’t see it working out for me.Reason for purchase: I needed a warm, functional coat that would evolve with me for the future years to come. I wanted something that could be used both on the slopes and in the city. During the Seattle snowstorm, I realized I needed a proper winter snow jacket.Pros: fleece lined neck is awesome. More people should be doing this. Many pockets. Color and style. Long fishtail back. I've received many compliments on it! It is a cute jacket.Cons: not warm enough. I wore this in about 35 degree weather and was not warm enough walking around the city. I wish they would add more insulation. The print looks like it printed onto the fabric. It looks a little cheap. The internal pockets aren't really pockets but more so pouches. Lastly, the external hand pockets aren't ergonomically friendly; they're rather annoying to have to stick your hands into. I wish the coat would have pockets coming from the side of the hips.Returning because...ultimately its not warm enough. I'm also not sure if it would last through the years to come.Comfortable and warm on the slopes.Cons: I bought the Keef/Martini Olive/Creme Brulee color. All the official pics consistently show the sleeves being a dark tan/light brown color. As shown in the pictures i’ve provided, the sleeves are instead a light green color. I’m still keeping the jacket for its other features, but am very disappointed it looks different than I was expecting.I recently ordered and returned the Deep Teal/Purple color because the official Amazon pics show dark blue where the jacket really is dark green.Pros: This jacket seems like it will keep me very warm for all winter snowboarding weekends, and i’ll probably switch out to a lighter jacket for warmer spring days. I am 5’5” and 122 lbs and ordered a Small, which feels a little bigger and longer than I’m used to, but that’s kind of what this jacket is going for. Also: It was hard to tell from the pictures/description, but the Keef color DOES have a sleeve pocket for season passes, etc. (some other colors of this jacket don’t.)The colors are true to the photo and the coat is adorable! It's super high quality and there are so many little pockets which is awesome. The lining around the neck is also great. The only downfall is that despite it being insulated, I still need to layer up pretty well to keep warm.Overall, an okay snowboarding jacket. The fit was expected - I'm 5'1" 115lb and the XS fit well - the built in hand sleeve barely fit with my arms stretched out in front of chest. There is a dedicated phone pocket with attached waterproof case. My biggest issue is how overcomplicated it is. The drawstring being on the inside of the jacket makes it difficult to zip up without hitting the knot/bow. Secondly, the front pockets are not buttoned - it's Velcro and a zipper with a button exterior look. So strange! It's also super puffy even with the drawstring. There are armpit has ventilation. There isn't a sleeve pocket. Overall, it does seem to be good quality, just isn't what I'm looking for.I had purchased several jackets before this one, and finally feel like I have one that I will keep for a long time. I love the look, especially that I can pack only one jacket on a ski trip and not feel like I'm obviously wearing a snowboard jacket when I am out at the bar at night etc. It's comfortable, lots of pockets, kept me super warm with only a single layer underneath. This coat is perfect. The material is stretchy!? How, I don’t understand but it’s fab. Lightweight, warm, perfect fit, just covers the tops of legs and rear. Easy zipper, perfect smooth lining and the arms are nice and long PLUS those stretchy wrist garters are key. tons of pockets. Actually that’s my one qualm, so many pockets yet there’s no entry to the main hip pockets from the side, only from the top. That’s the only thing that would make this coat better. Yippeeee, the coat hunt is over!I've been using an old Burton Prowess for about 5 years now and it was due for an upgrade. I found the sizing a little large. I was a large in my old Prowess but a medium in this one. I love how it looks and i like that its longer in the back. Very comfortable and warm. Very well thought out and the quality seems very high. Definitely recommend. The insulated phone pocket is a cool feature too! It's such a beautiful lightweight jacket! I loved my previous Burton jacket for several years before deciding on splurging on a new one for this upcoming season. I was going to get it in black but glad I decided on the green. The lime accents give a nice pop of colour.I am usually between a M/L, depending on how much extra room I'd like. The large was a perfect fit - enough room for a sweater but not too much room that it looks sloppy. I am really happy with this purchase! One word.. AWESOME!!! For being a taller gal “almost 6 feet” it is super hard for me to find jackets with long enough sleeves! Burton coats have longer sleeves!! So I’m super happy with my purchase!! Already have gotten a few compliments!Bought as a general winter jacket and for skiing/activities. Haven't tested it in really cold weather yet but it's been great in -10C. Fit is slightly large (S is closer to M), definitely room for layers underneath. The extended sleeve inserts with thumb openings are really nice. Material is beautiful. The thing I dislike is how there is no access to pockets from the side, you have to stick your hands in the top opening. The front collar is also very wide and loose even when zipped all the way up so extra neck protection will be necessary for long periods outside.
